★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally waste of Money. Once you will make payment then no one cares about your order, and quality is not good. even they have no good tailors to stitch your dress, Owner talked rude on phone after making payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt they have great collection at good prices, I ordered twice from them online through their facebook page, payment and shipping was quick. I gave 2 stars for that. However, one of the orders was a lehenga for my wedding which I realized was short for me after I received it. I reached out to seller on Whatsapp to ask if it could be exchanged, I would pay for the difference etc. He said it can't be exchanged and he simply ignored my msgs. I didn't ask for refund and was willing to pay the difference for new lehenga.My issue is that when we reach out to you to place an order and you have enough time to follow-up with us if the money has been transferred or not, then why can't u take time when we reach out for an exchange/ refund. Also, I have been asking them to arrange a video call, owner would reply "yes", then I would ask to set-up some time someday and again no response and this has happened multiple time, never got the call. I understand you are busy, but we are busy too and taking our time to reach out to you, please don't make promises that u can't fulfill. Because of this experience m taking 3 stars away and would never visit/ shop here again.

They treat you with uttermost respect.
They have a huge ,huge variety of clothes .
You'll find difficult to stay on buying just one cloth .
I mean not me but girls.
They have a page on facebook in which they go live almost everyday. And they show new stuff which have arrived in their showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only thing good is the pictures you see on Facebook. Once order is placed Everything is downhill and poor. Placed order end of March. Sent the size for stitching with details of what I wanted. I was told it will be sent in a week. Two weeks later chased them to find out the tailor made a mistake in cutting so another piece is ordered and will be sent within few days. 2 week later suit was sent after constantly chasing and it was with trouser instead of skirt as requested.
Called up and the reply was it was a mistake and mistakes happen what can they do. No refunds on suit or stitching price....what has happened has happened.
After some arguments they agreed to make a matching skirt and courier in 2 days. Inspite of sending reminders after 4 days I was told it has been sent but was not received. So, called again to speak to another person who said it will be sent the same evening and he does not know who said it was sent earlier. This time managed to get a tracking number. 3 days later contacted DTDC to find out it was not despatched from the origin.
Again had to chase up and push for speed delivery. This time, it did happen.
However, the suit was stitched completely wrong and nothing was as per size given it was 4 inches bigger than the size given. Neckline 2 inch extra deep. Stitching was not symmetrical nor neat.
I am glad I only ordered one to start and not the 5 I wanted for upcoming wedding.
NEVER AGAIN, will stay away from this store where there is no integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gotten scammed by these people. My order for 4 different suits was put in November and I paid almost $1000. I was told my suits would be ready by January.
It is now mid march and I still haven't received any information on my suits. I asked the guy on whatsapp to speak to the owner and tailor, he ignored that request. Every time I ask, he says they're almost done and another week.
I said if they can't get the job done to just refund me. The guy continues to make excuses.
They're quick to ask for money but can take months to do the job or may not even do it at all!!
Be aware before sending any money to these people. So unprofessional and extremely shady business.
