★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good designs and great showroom. Good things end there. We booked a table (costed us a little less than the six figure mark) from there on 19 December. The sales manager told us that they take 40 days, but, usually deliver it within 30 days. Around 25 Jan, he told us that instead of delivering it on the 40th day, he is going to deliver it on 4/5th Feb. On 5th February, he said 11th Feb. On 11th Feb, 15th Feb. On 15th Feb, 24th February. Then 25th Feb, came the shocker. I had already paid 50k on 19th December. Was under the assumption that will have to pay the remaining amount once the order is delivered. Wrong assumption. Mr Mandar (sales manager) called me and asked me to transfer the remaining amount before he can ask their warehouse manager to release the product from their warehouse. I had already lost confidence on them and didn't want to pay anything before actually inspecting the product. Mandar was not ready to release it without receiving the payment first. He wanted me to go to their warehouse that is somewhere near swargate to see the product. In case anything happened during transit, no one knows who would have covered it. I was never told about this condition when I booked the table. The way Mr Mandar talked on 25th and 26th February was a complete contrast to the way he was talking earlier. Finally they delivered the product on 26th February. Never ever will I get anything from this place. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality furniture and designs are classic yet contemporary. Really artistic place to be and staff is really polite and well known about what they doing. They explained each and every furniture very well. Highly recommend if you are looking for high grade and durable furniture. My personal suggestion is that they should also star cafe around their art gallery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought sofa and it sagged in 2 years, they say they can’t provide service as it’s more than 2 years..also they don’t pickup the calls ..it was very costly then, Still we bought it based on their brand, but highly disappointed…never buy sofa from this place..
