★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The story starts in January 2021, when I was about to leave for my hometown Kolkata and discovered that the leg of my biggest trolley bag has gone damaged and missing. I reached out frantically to some of the "fancier" names in the market, when it comes to suitcase repair - but when they said that it is going to take two weeks (not to mention, a minimum of 1000 rupees), I decided to just use another bag for the journey.
Got back to Bengaluru in August, and thought, let me get the trolley repaired. I reached out to the same names again. For reasons best known to them the final cost of repair including delivery had now climbed up to 1500 rupees. Clearly I needed another option, because 1500 rupees to replace 2 legs (not even wheels, which were intact) was ridiculous.
That's when I had to good fortune to meet Mr. Joseph. I came across this shop on Google Maps and it seemed to have good reviews. I went to Bomanahalli, and handed over the trolley to Mr. Joseph. He immediately put me at ease with his calm and polite behaviour, and assured me that the bag will be ready tomorrow and that too for just 200 Rs. He did not even ask for an advance, so I volunteered to give some. Somehow, something about the way he went about his work, guaranteed me about his sincerity and honesty, and I decided to pay up 200 Rs upfront.
The bag was ready the next day, but then due to some commitments, I got busy to collect it from him. Finally yesterday I decided to get a Dunzo pickup done, which unfortunately did not work out. When Mr. Joseph realised what I was trying to do, he himself called me and offered to deliver it, at the same price Dunzo was charging me. Overwhelmed by his promptness of service, I agreed, and today I got the trolley bag delivered by his brother Mr. Prabhu. Dunzo was charging me 70 Rs, but I decided to give them 100 Rs - to appreciate the good work, the promptness and the extremely warm and nice behaviour, which is rare to come by these days.
In short, I would highly recommend anybody in South Bengaluru, don't go anywhere else, just call up Joseph and your work will be done!

The most important thing is that they called you and sent you a picture of the status and before delivering the bag the contact person will call.

He called, gave the quote, came home to pick up and home delivered once completed. There are charges for home pick up and drop but it’s an added value that I appreciate. Excellent services, very humble and highly recommend to use his prompt services.
