★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money minded owners, no proper building maintenance as well as basic amenities but collecting maintenance charge every month.
Every time there will be an issue of either lift or motor will not work but they will ask for maintenance every month and if you will fail to do so then they will Increase the charges for each passing day.
Worst days of my life as well as bad choice to stay there. I saw many people left the building within 2-3 months of stay.
