★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a dance school where students really learn what is dance in terms of classical and as well as in contemporary.
It is a state of art set up where the pupils get trained with individual and personal care.
This school also believes that classical and contemporary both dances can be done with the highest perfection, only when a mind, a soul and a body comes together and that is why it has also incorporated Yoga classes to bring out the best out it's art performers.
Being a dance lover and watching all those reality dance shows on the TV, I was feeling that we were just loosing our own culture and really stopped watching all those so called dances which has got no relevance with the Indian dance forms but at least when found Sukalyann D Entourage and came close to experience their teachings I am really hopeful that this man is going to carry forward his cultural art forms and can make it even grow more popular and bigger in the stage of World with his exposures and experiences.
Kolkata should experience this studio keeping in mind that no forms can be called an art unless it undergoes a relentless practice. The teachers out here can only guide you to bring out your creations but you have to think and should be sure of what you want to make, what you want to show.
Hats off to Sukalyann. Carry on... Show to world how India really dances...

Sukalyan never fails to deliver a grandiose stage experience showcasing contemporary choreography coupled with delicate intricacies of traditional dance - a unique adventure for any audiences' delight.
I count myself lucky to have been in many of his audiences before, and even luckier to have shared the stage with the troupe.
Very few manage to successfully create a global presence for Indian dance the way Sukalyann D Entourage has done. Not only do they leave you wanting more, but deliver a breathtaking experience every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Kolkata and took classes with Guru Sukalyan Bhattacharya and his troupe for a few days & was amazed by the way this dance company operates. I’ve learned Odissi for 17 years in California, and have been a part of many different dance classes/teams ranging from Bollywood to Salsa/Contemporary. This dance school is based on an Indian Classical and Western dance fusion, creating a balance and flow that represents a lot of what India is like now a days. Although I am used to dancing and training, my body was definitely challenged to move and flow in new ways. The guru and his head assistant Saheli taught extremely thoroughly & demonstrated steps extremely clearly...the best part was that if something ever felt unclear I was comfortable to ask for help or a repetition of the demonstration. I am Bengali and can speak fluently, so I was able to communicate in the native language here...but the instructors speak very good English and Hindi as well. In all honesty when dance is the primary language, words are rarely necessary. A wonderful experience with Sukalyan D Entourage!
