★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this society while searching for a 1 bhk flat for my nephew. Just average housing society, but rent asked is more. That's the common story when you contact agents and middle men.
The main advantage of this society is, it's close to Koper Khairane railway station. Just 2/3 minutes walk. That's why they ask for more rent. One way it's true that you can save on auto fare. But what is the use if you have to pay more for that.?
The disadvantage of staying close to a railway station is first the noise. Second, there is some bad odor.
Anyhow, if the rent is OK, this is not a bad place.
