★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before finalizing Sumadhura Nandanam, i had been to Pranavam by then all units were sold out. very well maintained, i saw one unit where interiors was happening very spacious apartment, looks very nice in the evening with water bodies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very soothing environment at night. Lots of calm lights, infinity pool, young crowd. There is no small shop around this society for daily needs. And there is high tension wire within society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location and the landscape.. It's more greenery and a resort like feeling. But the only drawback is the 2 transformers which are right in the middle of the amenities.. Leaving that apart, everything else is just awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its appearance is pretty but surrounding of apartment is unlivable by terrible noise and pollution. And the building walls are so thin and bathroom windows are facing that one can hear next neighbour's all sounds as well as some days birds were collided with the high tension wires which made small explosion while residents walking under the wire! Builders should not construct any buildings such area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are good and spacious. But if you are planning to rent then it is not a very good option. Move in/out charges are very high and there is no service lift. Even the truck can come only at society gate which will cost extra by movers and packers. Rent is also higher than nearby good societies.

1.Good greenery apartment.
2.Resort type of feeling.
3. Facilities like: Swimming pool/club facility/Children play area/Visitors parking.
Dislikes:
1. You’ll found 2 huge Electrical grids in apartment premises.
2. No proper cellular network.
3. Maintenance cost is more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sober and descent residential complex very close to upcoming hoodi metro station. Apartments in 2 & 3 bedroom configuration. Very good play area for kids. Parking in basment. RO water supply to suffice potable water. Telecom network connectivity needs work.
