Sumadhura Sushantham has spacious 3bhk with-
1. Open kitchen
2. Spacious balcony in living room and bedroom
3. Open utility area (attached with kitchen)
Surrounding:
Liked the location of project.
Open area of GKVK's agricultural land in north of the project.
Near to bustling market of vidrayanapura.
Concrete construction.
Interaction with sales team was very good. Mr. Sujayath and Mr. Sudarshan helped us with all our queries which helped us in making the right decision.
Looking forward to a great experience with Sumadhura Sushantham.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general, am happy with the project, progress (though its been only a couple of months since I booked), locality, professionalism of sales team (Akshay and Prakash especially). I faced delay in CRM team's response to finance company, if not I would have given 5 stars. Overall am looking forward for a good experience - and will keep sharing my experience and observations at regular intervals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The USP of this project is it's location. It's location is wonderful and gives unobstructed view of the GKVK from most of the flats. The structure of the flat provides ample scope for natural lighting and cross-ventilation. Only demerit is an open and wide drainage outside west boundary wall of the society.
I met Mr. Sujayat, a sales officer, on my visit to the site and was impressed by his professionalism, approach and the way he explains everything.

The project is located right beside GKVK which can provide you with an appealing view of the campus. The sales team was very cooperative and helpful. Had a very good buying experience. Highly recommendable if you are looking for a property in North Bengaluru.
