★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst building society to stay ....people are worst here,there is no proper society and maintainence....other buildings like Pam apartment, bhagtani heights, panchtantra and all are better than this...it's worth staying there than in suman building.i have stayed here for 2years ....water supply is irregular and building society stops water supply without giving proper notice to individual flats....watchmans want bribe from tenants on regular basis to give information about any works of society or water systems.... No proper coordination of secretary also here... I will suggest every tenants please don't come to stay here...this flat owners extort money from you and in return you don't get any facilities...
