★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop kept all my purchases for 2 days for finishing and packing (1 saari, 3 Sharara, 1 Gown ). I found one sharara where stitching was not proper and I had to go to fix this.
Now this red one is the 2nd sharara where the ziplock is not properly fixed and unable to close the top. I have 1 gown and 1 sharara and 1 sari left to check. And I am sure now that there would be some issues for sure.
Its not an issue of fixing these small things. The issue is that the shop kept my stuff just for showing care but didn’t do anything to check the clothes properly. I count this as completely irresponsible, insensitive and ignorance of urgency.
I don’t think that I will go again to this shop ever in my life. I wish to write some flowery words but can’t do. Thank Suman Saari and ur staff. You just lost a customer who has to shop for his marriage in lakhs. But never mind, it seems you are happy in thousands only.
