★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I visited Kashi and visited this shop, I bought 2 sarees, later after purchase I realised that one saree was damaged and for another one they had told me that they’ll cut the threads n roll press in 15mins give me, owner of the shop is arguing that the threads cannot be cut ,customers should have knowledge about the sarees not the sales person, apperantly the sales person can tell 100 things to sell the saree. they showed sarees in a such a way that one cannot see the the damage on the saree, they were not ready to return my money as I was getting delayed to my flight. Such a stressful day it was for me. I was shocked to see such people in a holy place like Kashi.

Staffs and owner no one is polite and respectful here.
Staffs call names to customer, They won't even let you try out clothes.
After all the mess, if you decide to buy something the fitting/alteration is pathetic. The amount of money spent on those pieces is worth nothing if they don't fit you.
They will give you lame excuses for poor fits.
Worst experience.

The owners were also helpful and guided us with wedding shopping in our budget! The packaging and delivery was as promised and no compromises were made. I’m glad we chose Sumangal Banaras, it made our shopping experience convenient.
