★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to buy Eureka Forbes products, they sell products with missing parts and refuse to correct the mistake once the customer has paid for it. Their employees are rude and ready to get in a 'fist fight' influenced by their ego. I had to contact the customer care help line a number of times after they bluntly refused to do right on their part.
They talk nice to you at first but once you have paid the money they will delay in providing you the product let alone maintaining a respectful tone with you.
Its better that one may buy online instead of this unprofessional place of business.
