★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous experience. The wait time at this place could be infinite. The staff tells you over the call that you would need to wait for an hour but you will end up waiting 5 to 6 hours.
And Mr. Doctor goes on a Lunch break for 1.5 hours when patients are waiting for hours.
I know it might be hectic for doctor. But how about better planning and right communication to patients?
Staff is ill prepared and does not know the status though they pretend to follow a queue system.
Overall a very pathetic experience. And I do not recommend this place at all.
I had gone for the medical consultation of my nephews, those little kids ended up being at this place hungry for hours.
This place can put government hospitals to shame.

Thank you for taking the time to understand the situation. Speaking of doctor, he seemed cordial and comforting. Cannot yet comment on treatment outcome.

We have known them for over 20 years and our children whenever got sick, we never had to worry for we have them and now our grandchildren's vaccination happens here...Happy to know them
