On first day when i bought, the fan stopped working then they asked me to bring cooler to their place so that they can check it... 4 days again we faced same issue n literally they're really not interested to solve your problem...
People believe me they are worst... Idk if they did this with me only or with others also...but very bad?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Summer Cool fans from army canteen Meerut and within a year these fans started facing problems then I decide to call customer care and they gave me the number of Anil Bansal. I called him and he said bring the fan to Meerut with yours bills and Anil Bansal talked to me in a very dirty way. I lived 100 km away from Meerut and why should I go to Meerut when my fans are under warranty. I am very disappointed with summercool product and services . I never bought sammarcool product again and also request to all never bought summercool products because of warranty issue.
I think this company posted fake reviews that’s why ratings of the company is to high.

And then i call to toll free no. Of so called sunmer cool customer care then they said please talk to your shopkeeper and there is no one to listen your complaint from company . Also the shopkeeper after sales giving sense less reason for exchanging my cooler .
What i do and Most important what the quality of raw material and parts they are using that cooler not capable for atleast one season to run.
Every body from quality assurance to production department to Auditors who signing financial statements of this company not raise the issue .
If Company not provide better products
And can't talk in good manner after sales
Having no such business Acumen and etiquette. Consumer expend their hard earning money in these products just to see dispointment and please requesting you atleast have good manners on call no body is free to talk you unncessarily.
