★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a foodie and a non veg lover ( specially mutton ) i have always cherished n loved puran chand's dhaba mutton. Since i was a kid i used to visit this dhaba on the highway while going to punjab.
Recently i got to know from a friend that they have openend couple of outlets in delhi as well so ashok vihar being nearest to my place i gave it a shot.
It is in a commercial complex where you will find few more dhaba's/restaurants as well most of them are with open sitting. Even puran chand's dbaha is serving food in open.
Though majority of the people were eating in their own cars i chose the second option of leaving d car and i sat near the tandoor only.
Coming to the food
I ordered qarter Mutton Ambala style, quarter Butter chicken, Rumali roti and Plain Tandoori roti.
The service was good, it took them less than 10 mins to serve us the food.
The moment both the dishes were placed on the table there was a big smile on my face because i knew it will gonna be an amazing feast.
The BUTTER CHICKEN :- was perfect as per my taste, neither it was sweet, nor sour the taste of the gravy was mild and perfect. The chicken was tender and cooked properly.
Coming to my favourite dish :- MUTTON AMBALA STYLE
The moment i took the bite i thought as if i am having home cooked mutton, it was think gravy with proper taste of mutton in it. It wasn't too spicy and the mutton was cooked nicely and was easy to chew.
Except there sitting arrangement i liked everything and ended my dinner on a good note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve less than 1 star .. worst food ..they know how to cheat ..I ordered paneer butter masala and chicken keema ...u can't even think of eating ..it was sooo bad ..best part is they have excuse for this also ki police waale aagaye the isliye tast kharaab ho gaya hoga ... My recommendation say no to this dhaba ...
