★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really bad experience with reputed builder. No basic requirement considering into scheme. Violation in GDCR rules, poor quality for tiles, plumbing is not as per basic guideline. No approval taken for DG and also under rated DG provided which is not able take load of common amenities as promised in brochure. Building fire safety system is not as per guidelines. Lightning arrester now few days back installed that too not as per electrical guidelines. Outer plaster getting cracked in 2 years span. No account has been handed over for 2 years maintenance expenses taken as advance. Really think twice before you purchase property in this builder scheme.
