★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of builder is unprofessional. M buyer to 3 offices in B block and they Offered me possession receipt without even electric connection, fitting of washbasins and WC. Window aluminum panel and glass thickness are of cheap gauge , sub standard quality and lot of sound coming in. Very bad experience really. Directors not available to customers not ready to address problems.
Further they have collected 100% payment and still no keys given to buyer and on the top sales person misbehaved with lady buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workmanship is very poor in building construction, I am living in Sun Aspire scheme from May 2018 and in Just 1.5 Years,
(1) there is water leakage start from common drainage line and the same will affect my common wash area.
(2) Building height is more than 40 Mtr (120 Ft Approx), there is no provision of lightning arrestor, if lightning fall there is no SAFETY.
(3) In just 1.5 years, there are many cracks on outer area of building and due to these cracks in rainy season the water seepage is coming inside the flats.

Called up many times on reception (Head Office) but always excuse.
Will suggest not to deal with such unprofessionals.
