★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel experience....owner..Mr.Dr.Dipak Mitra is just awesome..he saved life of my wife..at an emergency occurred at 2am.night..very excellent service from subhasree.mam.pro.john.baral.pro.and susree mam..and all hospital staffs..including mohanty sir and dipesh sir..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will misslead you , if you have normal gasritis they will tell you to do many test and will tell you you have ulcer or pancreatic. Price is also very high , their para medical staff are not experienced, doctor are not available, doctors change in this hospital, 2-3 doctor are permanent other are temporary (once when I was admitted for 5 days my bed charge came 8000-10000. Cabin is 5000 per day , one of sisters told me how they are not paid timely and properly . New nurse earn 4000-6000 per months .. the whole place is pathetic. Go to other private hospital don't waste your money.

Very low class service. Only they try to loot the money directly or through the schemes that people have opted for.
Delay in services everytime
Doctors not available regularly, and are called only after much request. It shows that the hospital hires doctor on contact basis and for that they are available only when they have their primary work done from some where else.
Staff are also inexperienced.
Moreover these reviews are replied by computer bot and the management never bother about the problem faced by patients.
Just a show off show case hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality is no 1. Staffs behavior is beyond expectations. Patient deserving diet . Only infrastructure facilities need to be developed n the work is under construction. Genuinely saying I'm fully satisfied with this hospital.

Before admiting your patient have a talk with the attendant of other patients, and you will learn the worst about the hospital.
Very low class service. Only they try to loot the money directly or through the schemes that people have opted for.

This hospital is only running due to the scheme related patients.
Otherwise it would have just shut itself down due to its poor services.
So better visit any other better private hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there as Attendee for almost a week(May 2021) as one of my relative under covid Phase. The nurses here are true Heroes(They tried their best for any kind of problem). Doctor visit twice a day(Morning and Night,may be once sometime).They have planned medication for covid patients during the stays. The best thing is that my relative recovered from covid. Payment from insurance took some time(3-4hrs) and almost charged around ₹88k.
Some cons I noted during the stay is lack of technical person for amenities (Hospital bed not functioning well for 2 days, Table Fan/ceiling fan not available, Many Mosquitoes due to nearby drainage, No DTH Recharge)
For food they have tie with TRIPLE C Hotel in Cuttack but it's just good even though the quantity they provide is just less. Hopefully my experience with sun hospital is both good and bad as many lives are still struggling in this bad time. Let's hope for best and support every fighter in the Pandemic and future. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple of days back my relative had a stone removal operation here using laparoscopic surgery.. The doctors are experienced and nursing staffs are also caring.. House keeping and sanitation is also good.. Little bit expensive in the name of quality service. But overall I found it as a good hospital...
