★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider ever there was certain sound coming out of my machine but the water was filtering perfectly i called up the service center they sent one technician and he opened the machine told that required part is now not with him he will bring tomorrow and just as he left the machine totally stopped filtering water and now no one is picking up any call leaving me in utter situation such bad service they give and at the time of taking AMC they will be so helpful but after that same nonsense gets repeated worst service provider that i have come across in my whole life. Don't even deserve one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor servicing. Firstly they send people for servicing after repeated calls. calls. Even after having the AMC, they give used spare parts which needs to be changed frequently ( by another used RO). Few weeks back after a servicing, the water was not tasting good. So when we called another repair person to measure the tds, it came out to be 700. Absolutely disgusting customer care. They seem to entertain a customer only when they need to renew the AMC.

Very poor service. Receptionist never answer calls properly.
Never send service person at one call always have to remind them with two three calls. Take advance money for AMC never come for service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, no professional conduct. I register my service, after registering they dont pick up phone any more, and from January i have been trying but they dont entertain at all.. But for AMC they will phone you and take money but in return no service... Total watage of money and no headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have indeed mistaken for AMC for three years in one shot. Very worst service and Kent water purifier is not working last three months though I have AMC for three years. They did not receive any phone call. Never AMC in SUN SERVICES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Every time they come with a new terms and conditions. They don't have any business ethics and values. They harass people. When the amc is near to expiry they come and just ruin your whole water filter. All the time they come and say please renew your amc. Very very very bad service.

First of all I didn't know that after purchasing Kent Purifier Sun Services will be doing all the things. Their behaviour is very bad towards customers, very rude. In the name of AMC they will snatch ₹6,000 but when service time comes their drama gets started. They will not give you any filter (like RO Filter) and they will say that if you need this filter you need to buy another set.
Last year I did AMC from them but after 10 months when I asked for servicing they straight way rejected it saying that their AMC is valid for 10 months only.
All the service boys are equally 3rd class and very rude and all of them are trained to loot money from customers.
I recently started using non branded RO filter and the taste of water is same and TDS level also between 60-80.
