★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have bought a lpt of jewellery from them. I went to get my rings to be resized. The staff have us a time after 4 days then 2 more days and then we kind of never got a call back which they promised to make everytime. Pathetic aftersale services.

The only issue is of billing transperancy..!!
In their bill, they do not mention the complete bifercation details of gold rate, labour charges, or diamond rate that is used in the jewellery..!
Rest everything is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunar Jewellers was once a very trusted brand for me and I do most of my jewellery shopping from there only. But now there offers are misleading and fake. A few months ago they have launched offer for gold jewellery @ 29990/- per 10 grams and except for this nothing was mentioned in the advertisement so we approached to the sunar showroom at Karol Bagh where we were informed that the offer is only on antique jewellery and not on solid gold jewellery. I was very disappointed and feel cheated. Similarly a offer was given on making charges I.e. Rs.99 per gram but this offer again was only for diamond & antique jewellery and this was not mentioned in the advertisement. Sunar is asking for the offer which mislead me besides they know what they are offering so Changing my rating to one star only as sunar is not willing to accept that offers are fake and misleading and just want to inquire about the same from me for only google review sake
