When the stove was within warantee, the followup given by the company was poor. Had to call repeatedly for service. People who came for solving the problem were very arrogant. Overall a very bad experience.

The "blaze" of the stove giving multiple problems with 1 year of use.
The after sales service is worse than bad.
the 1800*** customer care number mentioned on the warranty card does not work. with great difficulty got contact from shop where i bought the stove.
Parts are not available with the service center they are shipped from headoffice somewhere from Chandigarh it took 22 days for the part to arrive at the service center and another 1 week for the technician to visit home. the follow up given by the company was poor.
Had to call repeatedly everyday. People who came for solving the problem were very arrogant. Overall is very bad experience.
Please stay away from Sunblaze.
