★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, My spouse Mr Dattatray chavan applied for trademark registration on 25/11/2015 but up to 16/09/2018 not any up date we are paid all fess at the time application but not any update if work not done then at least refund my fees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a huge delay of more than 45 days, finally they DID NOT Complete my work for registering LLP , had to pay more to another CS to complete the work. Horrible Support Team. Request to provide Login credentials to MCA site were also ignored. they Returned the money for Undone work but lot of precious time was lost.
oh and the 2 people in review who are punde are their owners/ partners Fake reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all happy with the service. My application has become a mess because of them and is still pending indefinitely after 1 year and 7 months. I've paid them a whole lot of money for the application and the objection that came up and there are no follow ups from their end. For any questions I have, they don't have an answer. When I request him to find out and let me know, their team member Arjun, says "my senior isn't here I'll find out and tell you and never calls back". Everytime!!! The team doesn't care and has stopped answering my calls, let alone visiting the court to speed their work up. On consulting a third party recently in sheer panic, I was told that my application is now bound to go to the hearing stage as the application is incomplete, unclear and laid back. Very very unhappy. Not to mention, the big problem I am in, work wise! Th hearing for such a case is quite highly priced too and it feels like these guys did this just to get money out of a new client. Feels pathetic.

To my surprise the brand name which others said was positive was told as negative and I was given the reasons for the same. Was saved a big cost by being properly guided. They dont just want to convert you by giving any brand name as positive. Good people would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of attention. I had to call them to know the status of my trademark. They didn't even inform when the trademark was objected. Also not when it was opposed. And now opposition has the registration. Well done sunbrio!!
