★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a commercial building mainly for offices, restaurant, studio etc. Fully air conditioned during daytime, cafeterias are available and good environment. The disadvantage is the location, it's very difficult to get an auto or cabs. 10 mins ride from the nearest metro station (Sec 56 rapid metro). You get passenger auto at 10INR from the main road. The building provide bus service in the morning around 9am and in the evening around 6pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suncity Success Tower is located in sec 65 Gurgaon, Placed used by many companies for their work palace or office I went there for Job interview, Places is partially is lockdown during Covid-19 pandemic some office is Open When i visit their, The buildings are equipped with modern amenities. There is good metro connectivity from Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro Station as well as good connectivity by road to all the major micro-markets of Gurgaon. There is a 5-star hotel as well as hospitals and malls within a radius of 2-5 km.
