★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience by this agency. I raised a complain about my hindware chimney for not working , i also tell them that which part is not working n u have to change this only. Inspite of saying this they accept to change that part. But 5 th day they return my chimney as it is and take service charge of Rs.300. plz beware of this fraud company. if they know that , they don't have the part which was damage. Then why they were taking the chimney.... I think bcoz of service charge.... They doing the fraud business. . I am also complaining to the hindware company to take some of the action. To avoid future fraud....

Have no professionalism they took my chimney without any proper carton box and asked for the bed sheet to cover the chimney and returned the chimney with the several scratches and peeled pant patches. When chimney got home it wasn't covered with the bed sheet i gave them. "They totally damaged the outer look of the chimney" Now it looking so bad with those several scratches. no quality service! Definitely not recommended!!
