★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing "Sundar" about them except their name. So disheartened with their behaviour and service. I before taking delivery of the new shirt, requested them to loosen the collar. And they would retun it to me in this condition (photos attached). And not even take responsibility of it. Remember, this was an out of packet new shirt and it was delivered to me in this condition. Sadly they did not even loosen the collar. On top of it, when I confronted, the behavior of their employee stunned me. In his words, only your collar was to be loosened (which they did not/could not). We did not promise to iron your shirt. Are you listening "Sundaram Since 1970" ? You destroyed the crisp of the new shirt even before the customer takes it home and don't even apologize and make it right?
I should have seen it in what condition you are giving it to me. But your employee packed it to me and did not let me see it. I wanted to but he did not let me. Ho gaya hai.. ghar mein dekh lijiyega. These were the words.
I called back and the owner gave the employee the phone to talk to. And see the rudeness with which he shouted at me. First denied saying, they did not have the responsibility to return it in the same brand new condition. Then accusing me, I should have seen this before taking the delivery.
Worst place to go. They should have learnt what customer service means in last 48 years.
And guess what, the I shared my issue with the owner of Sundaram via whatsapp but he remained silent. Now I am sure after reading this review he would comment something like this - we are sorry. Please visit to resolve this matter. Well Sir, you have my number.
