Sunder Apartments - Delhi

Due to lots of construction, it might get frustrating to drive through. But overall houses are nice, parks need a little cleanliness

Sunder apartment situated near Redisson blue hotal at pachim vihar. The is one of the best location for whosoever traveling towards Rohtak , sonipat, panipat & Ambala. NH 10 one the nearest national highway.

Good society with ample playgrounds for kids. Little bit of parking issues and dog mannace. Easily accessible to market and transport.

Sunder Apartmant is located on outer ring road. One side of it is Sunder Vihar and other side a petrol Pump. Basically it is a society constructed by MCD. Well maintained.

wonderful place for residential purpose....nearby commercial and hang out place

i have been visiting sunder apartments since i was associated with jwala heri , paschim vihar based popular textile showroom adhuna , house of suits and sarees which i left around two decades back and ventured into journalism. around 2000 sunder apartments were the most prestigious apartements of paschim vihar area due to their being beautifully constructed and very well maintained. however a recent visit to sundar apartments made me a bit sad as i saw most of the flats in bad shape with their plaster peeling off and they give a very ugly look. of course there are well maintained and nice looking flats too but overall a lot needs to be done to give the apartments a fresh, new look. at least a good white wash of all the apratments is a must. garbage is littered all around the colony including inside the campus of the very spacious community centre. i wonder when it was last used as it was giving a look of a place which was not in use for ages. such a good facility is in such a bad shape. the temple of the colony was however graceful and well maintained. i had a leisurely walk in the park near the community centre and this lovely, beautiful park was in a bad shape as the grass was not cut and the height of the grass was more than one feet at several places. so much so that one could not even get to the benches placed inside the park due to this wildly grown grass. the only pleasant surprise was the shining and very well maintained reception area at the entry of the sunder apartments. now if the apartment's resident welfare association can maintain the reception so well i am sure they have the ability or can generate the resources to maintain the parks, roads, bylanes and parking areas also in a good manner. the place where i parked the car some few hundred meters away from the temple had water logged in the parking area. stagnant water made it difficult to park the car and then to get back inside the car without the mud sticking to the shoes. i appeal to the local authorities and the resident welfare association of sunder apartments to look into its problems and solve them so that both the residents and guests visiting these prestigious apartments that are valued for crores of rupees each, becomes a more pleasant experience.

Good place to live , but problem here is same as everywhere in Delhi No parking space left , Guest need to roam around to park vehicle somewhere . Despite having big big houses people park their all vehicles outside on road , This think I am unable to understand why u buy this big house when u don't have parking of even small car .

Though it is located on ring road, the apartment has lost its charm. Vehicles parked everywhere; all the parks are converted into parking lot but even then the space is not good enough.....
