★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.. They delivered the card at least 2 weaks late.. after at least 100 follow up calls.. and I am not exaggerating.. Don’t know how they are still in d business.. upon receiving the cards unpacking the package in Kolkata we realised they had made printing mistakes and leaves were missing in 5 cards. Also 50% of the cards did not have the casing inside it. And they did not provide the stickers and seal packets that they were supposed to give with all the cards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would request that who so ever is reading my review,to please take it seriously. Never ever deal with them. They are highly unprofessional with no courtesy. They delivered poor quality product where the box which was supposed to be of MDF was made out of card board with no finishing. Despite 15 calls, they never delivered service. They spoiled the whole experience and the wedding mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered cards three week ago. When I went to receive cards. They changed whole card and said please manage. This kind of product is not available now. When I said why didn't you mentioned at the time of oder that this product is not available. They simply said we didn't check at the time of order. When I complain about poor service these fool peoples of shop are about to fight with me. Please don't go to this shop. They do printing mistakes, packaging mistake, and deliver less cards. Very unprofessional. Don't go.
