Customerservice is a nightmare. Don't even think of buying their products, because I am a last person to give a bad review but their product and services have forced me to do so. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUNFLAME IS THIRD CLASS GUTTER COMPANY. I HAD PURCHASED SUNFLAME ROTI MAKER , IT IS MAKING ROTIS LIKE RUBBER. THESE TYPES OF ROTIS ARE VERY DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH AND EVEN STREET DOGS ARE NOT EATING THESE ROTIS. WHY SUNFLAME IS MANUFACTURING GUTTER PRODUCTS AND LOOTING CUSTOMERS ? MY 1600 RUPEES HAD GOT WASTED. IMMEDIATE STEPS SHOULD BE TAKEN BY GOVERNMENT TO WIND UP THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within 9 days of purchase, the stove caught fire and my wife was narrowly escaped. I have lodged complaints repeatedly, the service prover's number is out of service and the second number had been disconnected and not being attended. I have made several email communication, repeated calls to Customer care but nobody is bothered to attend. it was the worst experience I have ever faced. I have decided to lodge complaint with consumer Forum and I recommend everyone to be careful whenever decide to purchase sunflame product. Just horrible service....
