★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never purchase Sunflame product quality of product is too low and customer service have no response for customer.I had purchased a three burner gas stove in previous year which has flame problems and also knob is too hard.When it was new it was not working efficiently so we call customer care and they came within two days and fix it but soon it again showing complications but due to covid19 we avoid to call customer cared. But It stopped working completely from 2 months .So I contact customer service but there is no response from them I call them several times.Firstly they provide me a no of mechanic near me who denied to give service to me and then I called them again so they told me that we are acceleratimg your problem to our headquarters.So I think now my problem will get resolve but even after 1.5 months my problem still not get resolve.I call them in every two days and they have same reply we are accelerating you problem and sorry.Such a irresponsible act from a big company.Never buy sunflame product.
