★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of glasses available for different purposes. Friendly staff. Workers go for lunch in the afternoon then it's difficult to get the glasses. Parking on the road. NCP payments and credit card accepted. Covid19 protocol to be enforced strictly. Wheelchair access is available. Shop situated on the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove 160 kms from my business to Sunil Glass and Plywoods to place an order for a toughened glass for the Loom Crafts side station about a year ago. I also gave a sample toughened glass from another side station I had. Sachin Kumar, the owner of Sunil Glass, promised to get it done and inform me when it was ready. I was about to pay in advance but he refused to take it. I never heard from him or his office for months whether the order was ready or not. Since it was a lockdown and no business I didn’t follow it up. When I called him after 6 or 7 months he asked me to contact his associate Madhu. Lots of calls to Madhu who finally confirmed it was ready and asked us to pick it up. When my driver travelled about 150 kms and was about to reach the store she called back and said no one was there to deliver and asked him to come the next day. My driver drove all the way to Bhanasankari from Andhra Pradesh and returned.
Repeated calls to Madhu periodically didn’t yield any results. Later we found out that she left the job. Again I was in touch with Sachin and he wrote, “……after such a long time I don’t know is it thrown or misplaced anywhere in my store. Will Check” What an irresponsible response from a businessman to a customer.
Continuous calls were not answered and finally, when I got Sachin Kumar he told me, “It is an ocean and I can’t find the glass I gave,” and cut the call. Not even an apology. After this, he blocked my phone. I lost my sample glass, one of the floor locks, lot of time and energy.
I also ordered two floor springs (heavy duty) along with one replacement for the faulty one Sunil promised but never heard back.
I never experienced such an unfriendly response from a business associate in the last 37 years of my business.
