Attended with abdo pain, sent straight through to majors , could not fault nurses doctors of consultant at any time, excellent bedside manners, very caring , moved to cdu again great care. Had to go back cdu following day for scan, something I did observe was the amazing hca who was on duty, her care, compassion and knowledge was second to none, the male staff nurse on duty with her needs to take a leaf out of her book on how to run a ward, he could learn a lot! . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, they only charge money from clients. Doesn't even care about how long they are waiting for there appointments. There timing is 11 to 2 but she is absent till 12pm . They do not have any sympathy or empathy towards patients. Very low professional and unethical behaviour shown by staff also. When we ask, when will Dr come, they said , vo khana kha rhi hain . To hell your food . When your client needs u and u eating your food. Seriously pathetic service...
