They tell lies about sending over an engineer but no one has come and if you contact them they will always tell you that an engineer will be there tomorrow. It feels really frustrating to deal with this company because there is no integrity in their customer service and after sales service is terrible. If you ever need any power solutions for your home or business, DO NOT BUY from Sunmicro and save yourself a lot of trouble.
