★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They kept my macbook for many months giving reasons about no trains due to lockdown .
When everything else is working in Mumbai, they couldn't bring a laptop back from warehouse / repair location.
When finally I got it back ( almost after 1 year) it is not repaired yet. On the top of it they told me that they broke the screen and changed it, that too of different color and this patched up screen has a dent. So probably they just attached a screen from another broken laptop. They never ever mentioned that on the several phone calls which I did for enquiring about laptop.
So laptop kept with them for 1 year , still not repaired, and in addition to it patched up with dented screen.
Really bad service.

To the middle and other working class people in and around Powai, he is kind to offer free advise and keep the charges low without sacrificing quality while repairing and/or upgrading the pc's or laptops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful experience… had 3 of my laptops for repairs over last few months .. very transparent feedback and reasonable price levels …. Today again I had one of my laptop for screen issues and was sorted out within an hour at just @300Rs. Felt he deserves more, hence offered 100rs more but he refused to take anything more… truly impressed… a good option for repairs you can trust ?
