not pick tha phone very poor service by sunny gas agency
{ i book the gas from ivr no but not receved gas cylinder
but i receved 145.48 subsidy in my a/c my gas cylinder sale another parson

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Sunny Gas' office numerous times to sort out subsidy issue and provided my ICICI Bank statement which show it is linked to Adhar Card yet it has been claimed that it is not seeded. I contacted my ICICI Bank Head Office and they found nothing wrong. I told the man who delivered Gas cylinder recently and even gave him Rs. 50 to sort this to sort out but no progress. I am extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been supplying less of gas in each cylinder past one month. I have 3 connections and have been experiencing this since a long time. Today I decided to measure it on my weighing scale. Found out that it was 4.5 kg short. Over to that the delivery guy is trying to manipulate and applying his own weight on the weighing scale. When finally caught in the act he accepted that few more customers complained about the same (to prove he is not guilty). Later he asks me to pay for the cylinder saying he will exchange it tomorrow. The increase in subsidy doesn't means decrease in the quantity. Stop looting people.
