A BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Its establishment in 2001, We were two Managing Partners of “Sunrise Technologies” - a successful Business. The Firm is located in Chandigarh – an upcoming I.T. Hub of Northern India. It engaged in Selling Computers and Laptops of various brands its peripherals like Printers, Copier , UPS etc & Networking Solutions.The Firm is “Authorized” by various reputed companies like Microsoft, Intel, APC HP, IBM, Emerson, Dlink, Samsung,Wipro,Canon & CISCO etc. for handling their Sales, Servicing etc. “Sunrise” is supplying Products and Services to various Small Offices, Home Offices, and Companies with extensive computerization and to individual clients as well.
We started this Firm with just two individuals and with hard work and dedication, Today we have a full time manpower working in our company which comprise the Proprietor (As now it’s a Proprietorship Firm) , 1 Sales Executive cum Manager, 3 Service Engineers, 1 Accountant, 1 Office Assistant.

We deal in Top of the Line Quality Brands which include Multinational Brands like INTEL, HP, COMPAQ, IBM, TOSHIBA, SAMSUNG, LG, APC, Emeron, MICROSOFT,DLINK,CISCO products etc and leading Indian PCs peripheral manufacturing brands like HCL, LENOVO,HP,ACER etc. We are dealing in selling the best Networking Solution Provider Brands like the world-renowned CISCO Dlink & NETGEAR.

We have diversified the client profile which includes Personal Users, SOHO (small offices and home offices), & Factories with extensive computerization, Offset Printing Units, Pharma Companies, Advertising Agencies, IT- Enabled Services providing companies like BPOs and Medical Transcription Production Houses, Law Firms, Small Scale Industrial Units to large scale organizations etc.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- *The reporting structure of our company was streamlined which ensured a smooth workflow to achieve the desired results.
- *Marketing staff have to submit the Daily Sales Reports to the Proprietor in the office.
- *He has to complete the Daily Log Book mentioning the enquiries handled and generated, follow up status reports on the previous enquiries, taking feedbacks from the clients and checking on the status of conversion of enquiries into sales.
- *Service Staff have to complete the Daily Status Report of complaints handled and freshly received along with the customer feedback form, mandatory for every Service Engineer to have filled from the customer.
- *After going through the Daily Log Book, appropriate feedback and guidelines are handed over to the sales and servicing staff to streamline the sales and servicing team.
- *All Members in the staff report to each other on a weekly basis to reconcile the Financial Health and Progress of the company in coordination with the market trends and our set objectives.
