Local peoples are very hostile in nature. After 5pm they are became so called guardian of this area. Blaming for no reason is common, both by local and police.

But the problem here is that, if you stay there after 5pm , for no reason police would come after you and blame you for no reason, saying they saw you drinking, smoking, other activities which are not allowed and ask you to pay fine. For couples, the police would charge them saying they have seen them doing some wrong activities even if they haven't done and would get them all alone into a corner place and abuse them until the couple pay them for doing nothing. These all the things what i experienced when i visited with my friend(boy) and we were pulled to corner saying that, they have seen us drinking, and all false statement.
So if you go there, go with the group , even if you're 2 male friends they would abuse you. So go and enjoy the view, before 5pm after that the place is really dangerous just because of police or else after 5pm, the cold breeze and you could enjoy the scenery.
