★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is with respect to the Honda City car purchased from Sunshine Honda recently. The sales manager is not quiet efficient to respond to our issues and also there is no response from the Service Manager appointed there. The new car which we took has manufacturing defects and they are not ready to accept. Also, they do not respond to any mails, calls, messages sent to them.
The service part is so pathetic that every time I have sent the car for service turned a nightmare for me. The cover on the doors get so dirty everytime that the 2 months old car looks 2 years old after 1st service.
Honda is not taking proper efforts to satisfy customers. Not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the WORST and HORRIBLE Service centre of Honda....I took my car for Repair and maintenance service and got car entered in the Sitapura Service Centre at 11:15 AM.. To my shock and annoyance, the work on the car did not start till 3 hours of my speaking to the CRM, GM, Service managers. Better to avoid it and get it repaired or serviced anywhere else.

Doesn't confirm about the value added services during the service and it was a surprise when get the bill. Very bad.

pathatic dont even want to solve the problem i have purchased 5 days before honda amaze and from 1 st days cars vibrates and they are not ready to solve the problem dont ever purchase honda cars i gave 0 number to showroom and workshop also
