★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Dr.Swapnita - Diplomate (in National Board) in Gynecology and Obsterics for my pregnancy and delivery . She found bogus reasons to recommend Cesarean for me and the reasons were patently false. She started explaining its because I'm high risk for 2 specific reasons, and both the reasons were utterly false. I am not even saying that she found small reason - I am saying she gave FALSE REASON which is opposite of my case details . She is a careless doctor who DOES NOT REMEMBER THE MOST IMP DETAILS of patients even after explaining properly , and then using the FALSE KNOWLEDGE OF PATIENT'S CASE to recommend Caesarean. I don't now how to emphasise here that she gave a reason which is totally opposite of my case file. Does she have memory problem or what, then on what basis is she doing treatment?
The hospital replied to my original review , so I am writing review again as a reply. The hospital replied that Obsterics department is not even present yet in the hospital , and only Gynecology dept has started 2 months back. Obsterics means the pregnancy department(care and treatment of pregnant women throughout pregnancy and conducting delivery ) .
Then , my question is why Dr.Swapnita treated me for pregnancy checkup, care and consultation and planning my delivery ???? and why she did not inform me to change the hospital from now onwards as they don't even have Obsterics department????? When was she planning to inform me that they don't have Obsterics department? On the day of my delivery?
Thanks to the reply from Sunshine hospital, I came to know this most imp info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unorganised. I went for a minor procedure and they did not know what to bill. After discussing for 15 mins they quoted forminor procedure and minor dressing. Upon asking they removed minor dressing charge.
They did not even give a towel and there was blood all over my tshirt. Extremely unprofessional hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been consulting Dr. Swapnita Hota as we were expecting our second child. Were referred to her by some of our Dr. friends citing her expertise and experience. There were certain delivery related complications which were of great concern to our entire family. The esteemed Dr. was very supportive and did a great job in handling the criticalities well. More than treatment, the Dr. was a strong emotional support and was available to address any concern 24x7. She continues to extend essential medical guidance and support post the delivery. Many thanks to you Dr.
From the experience of our own case, we have recommended Dr. Hota to our friends and were happy to hear very positive remarks about the Dr. Its nice to know that Sunshine Hospitals is paneling such able specialty experts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before booking appointment I had asked on phone, if they have a functioning Ultrasound here as I am coming for Pregnancy scan. They had replied that it's there .Also, when I reached hospital and before making payment for consultation , I asked them second time if they have functioning ultrasound as I have come for pregnancy scan today. Again they told yes .So I booked consultation with Obgyn.
But in my consultation, doctor Swapnita Hota informed me that Sunshine hospital does not have Permission yet to do Ultra-sound due to some Medico-Legal issues and referred me to do Ultrasound scan at GenX- diagnostics in Saheed Nagar that is 3 and half km away .
A multi-specialty hospital should have these facilities, and if they don't have it's still fine, but they should tell honestly before registering appointment,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was admitted a week back and was released day before. Good doctors, staffs.
I forgot to thank the nurse and some other staffs, they were great and had a personal touch.
But one thing to note that as my mom is not fully educated with mobile functionalities, asking for help was really difficult, all I ask is 2 calls a day, it was difficult to reach those guys. But I will not complain much their because my mother now explains how good some of those staffs were. I really am great full.
And one thing i need management to help me is I gave one mobile so that I can talk whenever I want. (Please note this is when she was transferred from icu to ward. ) but neither I could talk over the phone (my mom is technically sound , needed help ) not I got that phone back.
Can anyone please help me to get my phone back ?
