Fraud company . Very unprofessional. Do not give upfront payment. They will never provide exact bill as per quotation. Deal only if you don't want bills etc.

They are robbers given me estimate from Delhi to Roorkee 12000/- plus GST (Included loading and unloading) and after loading my household item they billed me for Rs.19588/- added Green Charge - 1600/- Octroi Charge - 2000/- Docket Charge - 1000/- please see attached invoice copy don't use their services staff is beggers want tip for everything. Always take estimate in written I did this mistake and paid the price.

First of all, please don't ignore this review or for that matter any of the previous reviews. We had the same experience as some of the other customers. I had to move my house 5 km away in Gurgaon and they quoted 12000/-. I explicitly told them that its a cash job and want a full and final price and they agreed and confirmed 12K. The move worked out well but when it came to payment, they started their rant around GST, cess etc etc...and as mentioned by some other customers, tried to extort another 6-7K in the name of these taxes. As we had already read the reviews, we did not fall for this ploy and settled out for 12K only. Also take note that they will not return ever to pick up their left over carton boxes even if they promise so any security money in the name of boxes is lost money.

Sunshine relocation people are cheat. They charged us for carton boxes as 50 Rs per carton and promised to refund the 1500 Rs for 30 cartons . But they won't do that now even after 3 months . They keep giving false excuses. Also they told charge was 13000 for movement but on arriving to new home made a bill of 19000 because of taxes. They are cheaters don't believe what they commit.

Plz do not go for sunshine relocation....I m sharing my experiences 1. They take an estimation of big items lyk bed, ac, fridge, washing machine, dinning table and bike, n tell a cost which is much less than that of their competitors ....but after final packing they almost doubles their cost or even more than double....which is much higher than their competitors. 2. They provide very poor quality of cartons boxes, half of which r torn n u can hardly pack small items in that...they force u to pack in those torn boxes n apply cellotape to manage it. 3. They don't estimate d big items n send a small truck which will never accommodate all d big items also, n say that it wl make two trips to deposit d luggage to d main depot....however after d first trip that small truck don't come for d second trip....d packing boys wl arrange for another truck to send those items to d depot....there is so much of miscommunication. 4. They wl force u to pay more than half of d final estimated cost ....n won't even tell u about d company whom they have hired or paid for d insurance Their job is just lyk fraud...they wl not share all d details. 5. If u call n ask when wl d luggage b send from d depot ...they wl.continuously misguide u and say dt d truck has left d depot n on d way to destination....but they delay it lyk more than 7-10 days even to just start d truck from d depot. 6. If u call n ask about d date of arrival they wl continuously misguide u ...n provide u with no tracking ID.....even they wl tell u that d truck has left from d depot so we don't know plz talk to d coordinator...n provide his number....this coordinator wl lie about d date n time of arrival of d luggage. 7. In between d coordinator n sunshine relocation Company wl pressurize u to co.plete d full payment before u get d luggage....n they wl even threat u dt if u don't give d full payment u won't get d luggage. 8. D driver wl call u n ask u separately for money to buy petrol....he wl ask u for extra money. 9. I didn't get 2 items ...my shoe rack n my brand new AC...they have stolen it or they have damaged it....but I didn't get that....when I m asking d driver n sunshine shine company for this they r unable to answer....I had to involve police still couldn't get my AC. 10. They left my luggage 10-12 km away from my destination....because d road was damaged....I told them to take a different route n agreed to pay extra for that....but they denied ...they asked to give that full extra payment before they deliver me d luggage...so I had to hire a separate truck with my own expense to carry my luggage from that 10-12 km away location. 11. All my item were damaged...my cabinet was broken....carton boxes were torn, items inside was wet ....n what not....they damaged my bed....n while unloading d luggage they were throwing those item from a height of 10 feet ...from d top of d truck. So plz don't contact sunshine relocation...this company has to b banned

Plz take your time to read it carefully. It's a fraud company, if u don't get any other options better to sold your items than deal with them. I will share all the conversation with them. If anyone really need help plz ping me I will share all my experience. As u can see previous rating that they will charge double that is perfectly correct. But atleast I thought that I will get my items properly but that also we don't get.1.I forced them to come and see my items but they denied.2. they told me to make a video of big items and send him, and after packing they told no my no of items increase ( they will pack a single dustbin separately) so money will be doubled ( I will give u relative data). 3. They take my all things and tell me to send the full payment before my delivery.4. they will send very new Packers and instruct them to pack every small items separately ( likes chairs they will pack separately, Nd etc.5. they don't have any transport system so they will not gonna told u the thing previously they will told u when my things are not delivered after 18 days( as they promised to give delivery within 5-7 days. 6. They will not give you any driver no r tracking ID . They will only give you fake promises that the item will deliver that they or that day. Only tell you gol gol things. 7. Better to sold your items than give the items to them.8. ultimately after payment of full money we have to collect our items 25 km away from my location as they ask for more and more money with the help of our local police. 9. After that our brand new voltus 1.5 ton inverter AC indoor was missing,along with our shoe rack. 10. No one take any responsibility for the mistake, even not receiving our phn cl.
