★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware from these White collar robbers. I am known to the owner of Suntronic Computer and they have sold a Dell laptop to me Rs. 3300 higher than market price. During the software installation they download heavy and un-necessary software’s and when you complain about the slowness of the laptop they have one set answer that windows 10 always perform slow and if you want performance, take SSD. They keep emphasizing to take SSD which is their very profitable product. I brought SSD in 2500 from them and later realized that I paid 700 more against the SSD which was otherwise available in just 1800 at Raisar Plaza. One of the workers at Suntronic reveled that the owners charge more to known & relatives as they know that the known person/relatives won’t bargain much. No ethics and complete business minded persons. Must avoid Suntronic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff doesn't know how to respond or talk to the customer. Few exceptional can be there but otherwise few of them are very arrogant and ignorant towards the customer. I will never recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company. Had a terrible experience. Laptop was local and the logo was glued to it. The boss is such an arrogant person. He doesn't listen to your problem. Service experience was very bad. Please don't buy from this shop. Buy online.
