★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance cost is extremely high, around 4,600 per month electricity cost is single point distribution system so it costs around 7.5 rupees per unit. So, plan your budget accordingly if you want to rent a place here.
Club cost is 1400 per person per month for bachelors.

Central service and shopping center is excellent. A proactive security staff.
Place is centrally located, easily accessible and well connected from Greater Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too good because infront of bhangel to yamuna expressway highway to connect this road.
There are many beautiful building in side SunWorld Vanalika. It has many departs in this society and many floors in this apartment.
And most thing there are a big garden, domestic ground and also gym and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder apartments all over the globe have similar woes but i will be more focused on the reality since i live there (shifted in march 2021).
1. Till date (early 2022) the builder is still involved with the society holding some inventory and controlling the facilities and AOA.
2. landscaping is well maintained.
3. Am yet to verify if the basement sumps, Fire hydrants and smoke extraction system work.
4. The facility does not have a pet play area despite several requests.
5. Balcony soffit edges keep on breaking and a regular menace for maintenance staff and residents.
6. Please check the registration amount since the registrations can be done on carpet area basis now.
7. Maintenance by Facility office lacks quality staff and response often delayed. They like to close tickets without user end feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appartments look nice from outside. Had shortlisted it as we wanted to buy a 3 bhk. The rooms are quite big, space is more than ample and seems to be the best value if you compare with much more expensive properties in and around sector 47 Noida. The ambience inside is aweful. Entrance to each block is so underwhelming, dimlit and smell bad. The central park area is very small and mostly dusty as grasses must be dying out due to lack of sun. Was very excited, provided the price and location. After visiting, one can clearly understand the compromises. Still for me a room less is better than a bad society. Once I got in, I just wanted to run out. But had to do my time since it was supposed to be professional meet with a broker. Once I left the place, never felt like looking back at it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is impressive as it is built massively having so many tower in a pond design. The society has great view from top floors of the towers.
The flats are well designed and maintained by the residents.
The security system is working accordingly.
The society seem to be little bit conjusted by having wide open roads at the entrance with open vision views from the sky homes.
The society is good,overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a good housing society in sector 107. This is located very near to barola T point. This is a small society but well managed. Security and cleanliness is good but i have seen seepage in some towers. Lifts are small but clean. Entry and exit is also good. Internal garden is maintained. Reaching to this society is very convenient and public transport is easily available here. Barola and Bhangel market is very near to this society.
