★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service! Careless staff. Happend today! We had my 1and a half year old nephew along with us and we took care that he doesn't break any thing.Somebody kept an oil dispenser open. They should have checked that how things are kept if you have kept things in display pepple will touch and check things. It was my mommy birthday she picked up that little dispenser. Since the lid was open,the bottle(lower part) fell apart and broke . Instantly I heard a voice 'bill Kara lo'. I was ok paying but I knew my mom was not at fault but that little thing was for rs.399 which I felt was a rip off. I tried explaining to the service pwrsop over there but he repeated word Bura mat maniyega. I even asked him to check the vedio. My mom was in a bad mood as rs. 399 is no less for a house wife. And they said Apke Chune se toota payment Karni padegi pehle iski payment kariye some how we convinced them that wellw pay for everything all together
And now we have that pair of little oil dispenser one broken.that will remind me how they spoiler my mother's birthday. And we have paid rs. 399 without our fault and we were humiliated. I will make sure nom of my friends ever go to this store.
Last thing the way they have displayed the crockery and other stuff,queit a few things are gonna break .#mismanaged_store #careless_staff
