★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the largest Hero authorised showroom in Hooghly district. Huge collection of two wheelers. Sales person are quite good but ‘after sales services’ could be a little better though. Service guys aren’t that professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an authorised HERO two wheeler dealer. Behaviour of the employees are moderate. They have a stock of a large number of vehicles. But they don't have the same vehicle as advertised by the HERO company causing inconvenience to the customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 or 4months ago I had service my bike to super auto, I had reached 9AM and I got bike at 6PM, radiculus. Then they told without phone call booking service takes time. Then parts was not available to them, was it my fault? Now last week they called and told parts came to stock and appointmentd a service at today i,e 19.03.2022 at 10AM, I had reached before time. I had waited for 2hrs, till not started my service when I asked they told it'll take time, may be evening. Then my Question is why they called and gave a time at 10AM? SUR MOTORS is far far better than Super Auto. 3rd class staff 3rd class service center.
