★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very shameless to the company to have tag LIMITED. This is pakka THE WORST organisation.
They won't give any employment order. They simply pay daily wages to all the workers monthly, but not timely.
Illiterate, SSC, iti, diploma, engg. etc., all are equal to this company.
They require 12 hours work from them.
They won't pay OT wages also.
They squeeze blood of the workers.
They won't reveal company details
It's not suggested /suitable to educated and trained people. This meant for only labour who works for the monthly wages, without employment order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much bad experience in super Auto..They will treat graduates like labourer and it's like doing hamali for 8-12 hrs and there is no learning environment there. Only production is to be increased. And another thing that company HR will bribe your OT payment also..Very bad ethics and not suitable for graduates to work there..it's only for SSLC failed or passed candidates because they will be offering the same machine to handle for both graduate and SSLC candidate..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest never join this company.working environment is very bad.No respect for education.All the supervisor in this company ITI holders even line leaders also ITI or 10, 12 in CNC department .work of BE fresher same as 10,12 person to operate CNC ,VMC machines . supervisor never interested to share their experience or never share any information about machine only production maro and Gar javo .Also you do work like the cleaning of machines even sometime you do also work of helper. This company hire you on roll but never give you joining letter even payment slip.Every 3 to 4 months candidate leave this job and company hire another.so never join this company you treat as like helper.
