★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience possible with respect to shipping of my car from Maharashtra to Assam.
Generally it takes about 15-17 days max (even in the times of covid) for delivery from Maharashtra to Mumbai but it has been 27 days now and the car has not yet been delivered to me.
The people are also not responsible or accountable.
They don't pickup the call, staggered updates are provided. Probably an experience I wouldn't like someone else to share the same.
Customer service is very important and these guys don't know anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have seen. I shifted my household stuff locally in Jaipur on 25/02/21. The mixed everything and all my clothes and shoes are in oil strains now. My furniture is broken. Also they lied that they have taken everything from my house which I realized that two of my suitcases were missing.
Nobody should hire them. They are the worst people.
Very bad experience. Do not hire them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most pathetic service, high on commitments and delivery zero.. They broke my many items while shifting and that cost me more than I paid them. Damage in bed, fridge, cooler, cloth stand, etc.. and even after many requests, they did not pack the material properly.. I requested them to atleast get repair my bed but no response.. Do not hire this agency at all.
