at any time on such rates of interest and subject to such rules and regulations as may be fixed by the board of directors and also subject to the directives issued by the RBI in this behalf from time to time. Deposits may be received on current, savings, fixed, recurring, cumulative and under any other special scheme,
Subject to the provisions of section 58Aof the companies Act,1956, the rules made there under and the applicable directives issued by the reserve bank of India, to borrow or raise money on interest or otherwise from banks, financial institutions. In such manner as the company may think fit for the purpose of financing the activity of the company.

Company is closed and my father is unemployed right now because of them they didn't informed my father before hand that company is about to shut down. This is so unprofessional .He didn't give my father Full and final settlement and in fact in lockdown the company didn't release his payment.. Very pathetic n worst experienced even I mailed to the company owner for the release of my father payment but he didn't give any response to me itz been 15 days.. One of the worst company I have ever seen.
