★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivered wrong sofa from Delhi to Lucknow, took all payment in advance. Then I kept on contacting the owner, who was on a trip in Dubai. I went a day before from Gurgaon to delhi, met the owner just to make sure that they make no mistake while delivering the furniture. He replied in message, that it must be a fault of the transporter. Later, we came to know that these Super Foam people themselves didn't knew which sofa were they supposed to deliver. Worst part, after waiting for 10 days when he finally answered the call, I asked him to deliver me the right sofa and take the one he delivered by mistake back .He started shouting like hell that I don't even know that whose mistake was there and I can't talk right now as I am busy. Will call you tomorrow. Next day also, he said can't do anything about it. Never recommend anybody to buy from this shop.
