β β β β β I believe its one of the nearest spot for Mapsekars to enjoy their evening where they can shop and relish of snacks at the same time. They must improve on cleanliness and hygiene level which is most needed there.

Because of that lady i will never visit or recommended anyone to visit there!
Other lady's and guys who work are very polite.

β β β β β Most times, shelves are empty. You may find only basic items. The other thing one has to be careful of is the wineshop which is part of SQB. The cashiers lie and cheat customers. They quote a higher price than mrp. When i questioned this, the cashier tells me it's a system error. I looked at the screen and correct mrp was mentioned. She however quoted a higher price.
This is NOT the first time this has happened. And i believe it will not be the last time.
I have decided not to go there anymore. There are smaller stores that stock more than SQB. And they dont cheat with mrp misquotes.

β β β β β The staff lacks in professional behaviour especially cashiers. Too rude. Lack of management. Expects you to keep ur belongings outside n does not give a token even if the security guard is not there. I dont know who is responsible if something gets stolen. Please note helmets are not allowed reason giving ppl steal things by putting them in the helmet but small lady bags n slings are allowed. The home delivery is also very slow. Claim to send it with in 3 hrs and sent it in the evening whn the order was placed in the morning. One of the cashier whn approached bcz I had to exchange a product she was rude enough to say u "talk to the manager" even whn i had the bill. The vegetable vendor once charged me rate of the wrong vegetable just bcz the rates were fluctuating and thy had not updated the price.

β β β β β Worst experience being there twice or thrice may be. The billing and the cash counter is too slow. At a time only one counter is operating. There is no staff to locate the products(from the fewer products they have). WORST

β β β β β Horrible place, no air conditioning as they boast about, very very very rude staff, who lack professional behavior. I carried a backpack as there were no signs or anyone instructing that it wasnt allowed to carry one and enter. A staff member comes up and very rudely tells me about the no bags policy and since asked me what was inside my bag upon which I just showed my purse and he then went on to scoff at me. Never seen such unruly behavior from staff. Besides this incident there was another lady who kept following us after this, who was with that guy earlier. I get that it's a security issue and all, but the approach was uncalled for. If they really needed me to keep my bag somewhere earlier I would've been happy to oblige. Yeah, never going back to that place.
