★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchase a vehicle after a lot of research and comparison and maintaining that bike is a lot more important because it keeps the engine to run smoothly and hassle free and service centre workshop plays an important role.It's a very good place to have your bike or scooty get serviced but you have to watch them because some staffs may skip some inspections. Here mechanics are well trained costumer lounge was great there are drinking water facility, TV, ac and many more I will update with photos next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rubbish place for suzuki bike servicing and repairing. Its good for those people who have known person working there as a mechanic or in some other departments like parts selling etc. For a general man who don't have any jack , they simply doesn't pay any attention to your concern regarding bike service and repairing.
I strongly recommend to go somewhere else in bbsr except this place for suzuki bike spares and repair related works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last visit at the service station was really pathetic. My serial no. was 2 in the service list but everyone right from service engineers to washerman all are taking bribes and changing the serial numbers. When I caught the washerman with issue of changing serial he kind of ignored me and continued his work and the floor manager was also not bothered as if everything was going as per his knowledge.
After that the manager behaved in absolute rude manner and also founded out fault in my vehicle hich was never a issue or were pointed out.
The job sheet is being manipulated by making the customer sit at the lounge. My engine oil was not supposed to be changed but they changed it without informing.They started to create all kind of absured issues. I was made to linger longer to release my scooter.
At initial the scooter was assigned to the service engineer but then the floor manager diverted the assigned engineer for various other works.

I am going to this service center for spare parts almost 10 days they don't tell me when am getting spare parts and the number they gave me to call always switched off. Slowest working creatures on the bill and spare counter. Shame on suzuki for this pathetic service.

Satisfied at mechanic (you may asked for any help MR. Umesh Giri they will provide you perfect suggestions what you want about your vehichel)
Note : I have a starting problem on my accese 125 at mancheswar(near manchanath temple )
I trying call to customer care service but they didn’t respond my call and then i call to my friend over there named as chinmaya (store keeper).. he provide me a number and said me to call this number and he will provide you the service that you deserve..
But disappointed that is the advisers. They one time received my call and then not received at all tilll 4 times call…. After 45 min i receive a call from Mr umesh giri… and they will solve this all maters.
