★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, everyone knows the declining status of their reputation. Visited their HO 5-6 times in last 1 year already without any resolution on the stuck project or buying back the flat. Seriously doubt the intentions of the builder. Only focused on minting money without thinking about customers and putting them in a difficult financial situation.

Nice place
Easy location to reach,It's on the main road
Good office space inside.
Good green view of outside from inside the office.
CONS:
Needed maintenance on the floors inside the building,,as the occupancy on the floors are not much.
Commuting is not easy,not much options of transport.
no sharing autos
no electric rikshaw
no nearby metro station.
one can only book cabs to reach.
Only small food stall inside the building offering samosa ,lassi,cold drink,biscuits etc.
